At Domain Recruitment, we’re addressing Australia’s critical aged care workforce shortage through a purpose-driven, scalable solution. Backed by a joint venture with IIHS Sri Lanka and grounded in a God-centric business model, we provide Australian aged care providers with direct access to a large, pre-qualified pipeline of internationally trained aged care workers. Our model integrates ethical recruitment, community partnerships—including with faith-based organisations—and full visa support under the Aged Care Labour Agreement. We are not just filling jobs—we are building a sustainable, compassionate workforce that aligns with the values and standards of Australia’s aged care sector.
